I am curious - is the task of deciding which plat gets which upgraded room assignment left upto local hotel staff or does *wood's computer system suggest or even make these decisions?

I would imgaine this could be a very time consuming job if done manually - especially in larger properties where gold & plats are more common - some automation must be used.
