I know the AA/Swiss relationship is over, but I can't imagine why it would refuse to show that flight (for either LX, LH, or EW) under "all airlines."
As has been discussed previously (but I can't remember in what thread), a while back AA changed "all airlines" so it wouldn't really show "all airlines" in many circumstances.
Its main purpose now is to show you PARTNER airline connections, or SOMETIMES alternate connections.
