I actually meant to say intercontinental business class (eg North America to Europe or Asia to North America or Asia to Europe) - I was not really asking for the quality on intra-European or intra-Asian business class routes.
Transcontinental implies flights from one end of a given continent to another end of a given continent - the East-West flights within Canada or continental USA would fit this definition. I was not asking for the quality of flights as per this definition.
