We have (2) BE skysaver award ticketss on a flight to Stuttgart on September 6th. We would like to change the destination to Zurich as our real destination is in Switzerland. I know, we should have just booked Zurich to begin with, but my mother-in-law was going to go with us and the only way we could make it work with all our tickets was to go to Stuttgart. MIL has developed some health problems and can't travel so now that it's just the 2 of us. I have been calling Delta everyday to see if we can switch but to no avail even though there are 12 BE seats available. Anyone know if I should even bother to keep calling? Any experience with changing an award ticket at this late date? Is there any chance that we could make this change at the airport on the day of travel? Thanks in advance for any advice.
