I just spoke to "Jessica" at US who called me from a 336 number (a return call says that it's disconnected) and handled the situation. I will PM you the email address I got - otherwise, I would try the general U.S. number and see if anyone can connect you to a dividend miles representative, who might be willing to help find "Jessica" or "Judy". I have to say that they handled this situation beautifully!! ^
By the way, if anybody wants to cancel their November 18th flight, I'd REALLY appreciate it, since the 2 of us got bumped back to Y-coach on the CLT-STX leg because there are no F seats left.
