Something strange is going on and I like to share..

As a religious practice, I always try to grab the best seat at 90-day-window. In the past five years or so, when I login at 90-day, more than 95% of the coach seats are always there, every single time.

So this was a shocker to me.

11/27 CUN-DTW NW 1096

I knew it shows Y0 B0... so I was paying close attention to the seatmap. Normally seatmap opens inside 90 day to 91 day interval.

At 90 days and 22 hours, seatmap not open.

At 90 days and 10 hours, seatmap not open.

At 90 days and 9 hours, seatmap open but 80% seats occupied.

I was unable to get 5 DEF.

What's going on? This has never happened before.

Also, people would think that on Thanksgiving day, EUA for a Plat would be a slam dunk right?

Well, 11/23 DTW-CUN NW 1095 F cabin has only 2 seats unoccupied, for now.

Is everybody going to Cancun??
