I've had many bag issues with UA. All were fixed in the end. None involved a monetary settlement. I'm sure that UA gets bags at a very deep discount.

And I've only seen no-name on-the-spot replacements. I've been happy with mine. The name brand replacements come from a vendor via Fedex.
