As I said before on this forum, I heard that they ARE going to provide the AVOD in Y class on the MD-11.
That is why there is less MD-11 deployment planned in the Winter 06/07 schedule starting 31Oct, meaning there is one MD-11 in the hangar continuously for this retrofit.
Sadly, not (yet) on the 747, with 22 pax/combi aircraft, quite a backbone in the KL fleet.
