On a more serious note, I apologize on behalf of the contracted workers who loaded and unloaded your gear. While I certainly believe that AS Rampers work with more care, baggage is subject to some pretty serious knocks at times.
It is because of the situations you describe that I recommend hard sided cases and containers for anything breakable. Nevertheless, as a part time golfer, I feel much sympathy for your loss and hope you'll continue to fly AS and to bring your clubs along too. (Just perhaps in a hard case!)
