I missed the cutoff at ORD on Saturday, and the agent went over, asked who I assume was the supervisor, came back, chastised me a little, and printed out the bag tags with no intervention from the sup whatsoever. Bag made it just fine. A week before, checked 75 mins prior, and the bag didn't make it.
