Calling united, no matter what I ask, they still tell me to allow 90 minutes for checked baggage.

I'm flying out of GRB tommrrow on a 50 seat CRJ. I'm not planning on getting to the airport at 4:30.

Is the official cut-off still 45 minutes? The website says "allow 90 minutes" on the new TSA policy warning, but the baggage information page says the cut off is 45 minutes.
