Yeah, they are all Alaska or Horizon. I made sure of that to make sure the companion ticket would be applicable. The flight from SFO-ORD is as follows:
AS399 SFO-SEA then AS22 from SEA to ORD. All operated by Alaska.

We are flying from ORD-MCO on Delta. It was cheaper and if we went Alaska we would have to go all the way back through Seattle. I didn't know if doing this would allow ruin it for us or not. If it does create a problem we could probably do it to save the money. Sadly it priced out at 1100 for the entire trip that I posted and it was ~600 pp to fly multicarriers which most of them were on UAL. So we would be forfeiting our MVP status most likely.


Any suggestions to make it work would be greatly appreciated.
