Our luggage did not make it from YVR to SFO even though we were at the airport 2 hours in advance. After waiting an entire day, it finally got delivered. My husband's bag was completely destroyed. Zipper is broken, one corner got shredded. His shoes were in that corner, and they got destroyed as well.

this has never happened to me. I called UGS and they took a report including replacement cost for the luggage and the shoes. what can I expect?
