I hadn't actively thought about tipping in this case and wasn't planning to. As it was, the person that delivered the kit handed me the kit when the door was barely opened, and took off right away, barely giving me a chance to open my mouth to say thanks.
When my little ones were younger, and we requested 'fridges or cribs, we usually tipped the person who delivered and set those up.
