Book the AA flights on the web, then call web services to have the LX flights added and the ticket repriced, then buy it online--and save on the booking fees that AA definitely does not deserve for not considering LX as part of the "All airlines" choice it offers (note the lack of any asterisk pointing to fine print redefining the word "all")
