Totally incorrect information! Your ability to dispute a charge on a U.S. credit card has nothing to do with whether or not you paid your bill. You always have 60 days from the billing date of the statement on which the charge was billed to file a dispute. If the charge was paid in full, you will get a refund if you prevail in the dispute. It's that simple....
