Why is it that flying blue is able to charge so much more tax than continental when using frequent flyer miles? Has anyone had this problem?

Flying continental rt taxes 131.44 dollars
flying blue rt taxes 387.00 dollars

Funny thing is on the flying blue flight I can't get back to aberdeen have to fly to amsterdam and then find my way from there...

Is there a way to save on the tax/fees?
