Can someone fill us in on the details here? Where does one find these Thai-only fares? I take it not simply the Thailand page of CX.com, is that right?

What if a genuine Thai makes a booking for two pax, and the second pax is, say, American?

(This isn't purely hypothetical: I'm American and Mr. Megatop is Thai resident and working in Bangkok. We're looking at tix on CX for our holiday trip.)
