You can book reward travel by going to the FB award booking tool via your local KL or AF web site or phone your local FB help desk (sorry, you don't say where you are from).
It should be possible to combine two accounts in the same name, it was when FB was first created. IIRC you had to fax or post details of your two accounts to your local FB help desk and they merged both onto the AF number.
Skyteam is a global alliance and does not have its own booking system or FFP, you use those of the member airlines.
