EVA flights earn both miles and EQM for CO Onepass.

Sometimes it is less expensive to buy a one way ticket to BKK, and then buy the return in Biz class. Tickets may be pretty expensive in that time frame, as it's a busy time.

When I check EVA LAX-BKK, I find a RT fare of $3300 or so in Biz.
