Lightbulb 20% Award Discount for PE?
I read this from the current TG Royal Orchid Plus handbook:
When paying non-discounted Economy Class fares in booking class
codes Y/B/M mileage requirements are reduced by 20% and
upgrades are directly to Royal Silk Class.

Does this apply to PE "U" class?

If so, it would be a great deal because I can purchase miles through TG and get Royal Silk class for about $1k more.

Correct?
