Some of the wall jacks will give you free wired ethernet to use with your own laptop. I've successfully used a wall jack in a little telephone nook, on the left as you proceed from the reception area into the business class side of the lounge (either just before or just after the turn for the bathrooms).
The reception staff even have cables available for loan.
