Don't know, but a call to any AA number can get you transferred to the RTW desk.
...And to pick seats on BA.com...
A couple of minor points: if you pick seats direct with the carriers, instead of asking AA to do it for you, non-AA seat assignments will not show on aa.com. Also, sometimes not all BA flights of an AA ticket will show on ba.com for you to pick seats on; this is normal.
