Yeah, I saw the brochures in the Board Room in Seattle today and remembered there was a post here yesterday asking about referrals. It doesn't seem from the terms and conditions that you have to be a Board Room member, but you do have to have a BoA AS VISA account in good standing.

Terms and Conditions

By responding to this offer and sending Bank of America a list of e-mail addresses of your friends and family members (hereinafter each friend or family member is referred to as a "Prospect"), you consent to having Bank of America send an e-mail to all such Prospects containing an offer to apply for a Bank of America Alaska Airlines Visa Signature card. To be eligible, a Prospect must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien who is not a resident of American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico or the United States Virgin Islands. A Prospect may be ineligible if he or she has responded to a previous offer for a Bank of America credit card within the last 45 days or if he or she has been approved for a previous offer of a Bank of America credit card. A Prospect will also be ineligible for this offer, and Bank of America will not send an e-mail offer to such Prospect, if his or her e-mail address appears on the opt-out lists of either the Direct Marketing Association or Bank of America. Approval of a Prospect is based upon her or his satisfying Bank of America credit standards. All referred accounts must be opened by 60 days after original email.

The referral mileage bonus will be credited only if a Prospect is approved for a new Bank of America Alaska Airlines Visa Signature credit card under this program within 60 days of the date we send your e-mail message to the Prospect. We will credit the referral bonus within 60 days following the date of approval. Bonus Miles will be credited directly to your Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan account, provided that your Bank of America Alaska Airlines Visa Credit Card account is in good standing at the time the credit is to be made. You will not be eligible for this bonus if your card is not in good standing at the time the Bonus Miles are awarded. Good standing as used herein shall mean that your account is open and not delinquent or overlimit. We will only give a total of one referral bonus for any Prospect who is approved for a new Bank of America Alaska Airlines Visa Signature credit card under this program, regardless of how many people may refer the same Prospect, how many e-mail addresses may be provided for any Prospect or how many accounts may be opened by one Prospect. If more than one person refers such a Prospect, we will pay the referral bonus to the first person who referred the Prospect as determined by us. If more than one e-mail address is provided for a Prospect, we will pay the referral bonus to the first person who provided the e-mail address through which the Prospect actually responded to the offer and was approved for the Bank of America Alaska Airlines Visa Signature credit card as determined by us. Bank of America is not responsible for lost, garbled or misdirected responses, or incorrect Prospect information. We reserve the right to deny any Prospect a credit card account for any reason. Bank of America and Visa, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotions agencies disclaim all liability in connection with this offer. Void where prohibited.

You may not refer more than 10 people to us as part of this special, limited-time promotional offer, which means that the maximum number of Bonus Miles that you can earn from referrals is 25,000.
