I want to resurrect this idea... I am a ST elite plus as a DL Platinum. I think it would be smart business for ST carriers to make it easier for the elite of other ST carriers to reach their reservation and customer care lines without the general reservation queue or even a busy signal.

Think this through... why not make it easier for the very FFs of other airlines to reach your airline reservation center? These pax fly a lot by definition and often buy premium cabin seats or higher last minute fares!

And it would be a selling point for the entire alliance... you are special to one airline, you are special to all in SkyTeam.
