MUMBAI: Air travellers, especially the frequent flyers, are reworking their “flight path” following a spate of terror scares. Traditionally, passengers preferred to fly by airlines they perceive as being safe. This perception depends on the airline’s safety record, its maintenance standards and the brand image.
