dolmar mentioned, there have been several reports of people applying through those links (even though they state Cash+ or whatever) and getting the Flexible Rewards card instead. YMMV situation.

Yes, it's been mentioned before (not sure if in this thread or on the one in MilesBuzz) that this card is definitely still available in branches. Just not over the phone (maybe, see
dolmar's post) and not over the web (maybe, see above).
