I don't know my cheeses, but I do like the stuff. I have ordered cheese plates for dessert in Europe and on cruise ships and haven't tasted one yet that I didn't love. My favorite is French. I don't know the name, but it's bright orange inside and brown on the outside, semi-hard and salty. Goes great with beer!
