We thought the Regent was great - very FS still - and in an interesting part of the city (old East Berlin). The staff was fantastic, rooms great, good concierge staff - loved it. I think there is more on this if you do a search, but I would agree with whomever said the Adlon was a joke! Pretty full of itself and lots of tourists around.
