I phoned them just now using your numbers kindly supplied. Yes, you got that excellent low season rate of 71E for weekend in March, and it is 81E weekdays in that period. Right now and for the near few months it is 93E weekdays and 81E weekends.
And ALL include 7 days parking, which I find a quite AMAZING deal! Parking after that is only 5E a day, and maybe others can use your superb tip for AMS hotel stays?
Sadly for us, and just my luck today, it is fully booked for June 5 for conference delegates, and they are actually quite overbooked that night so WE are still looking. 
Any other suggestions gratefully accepted.

Glen, as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere (surrounded by farmland) you can imagine why they can offer cheap parking..
It's actually cheaper to get a hotel room with the weeks parking than it is to use Schiphols own Long Parking facility...
