You may want to call the Dorint hotel directly and ask for their "Park, Sleep and Fly" rate.
I booked back in March for 71 Euros, which does include tax and a week parking, but no breakfeast. You can either call the hotel directly (+31206588111) or their central reservations department (+491802262524 or +492161818144); both can get you this rate which is NOT available online however. It may be a little more expensive on weekdays, though.
