Kiwi Flyer. It seems that JQ flights must have a QF codeshare to be permitted (and the QF codeshare must be the flight booked).

Which routes are you thinking of? Is it possible there is no QF codeshare on the ones in question? Or is this affecting all JQ services? (I'm not familiar enough with which ones have gone from QF to JQ, so I'm not sure what to look up, say in the OW PDF timetable). Some examples to help me would be good
