Cold Hardboiled eggs are the standard. A few HIXs add a pre-made cheese omlet, fewer still have a choice of omlet (cheese or western).
If you are lucky enough to find someone who has the omlets, they will also have bacon or sausage to go with it.
In the US and I assume Canada, all HIXs will have the fresh cinnamon rolls.
