No I don't think it's an old property (the Casino with the same name and adjacent to the Westin is a converted mansion from the 19th century) Anyway I believe the Westin Dragonara was newly constructed opening in 1997 - when I had inquired I had thought they said 1994 (maybe that's when construction started or something) Someone else may have more info - - The Meridien Phoenicia is an old property circa 1950 and from the outside looks it -
