Why didn't you just call the location if you need the response in a certian amount of time? Hertz even says it will takes 1-3 business days for you to get a response in their automated reply.

That took less than 20 seconds for me to find just clicking around the site.
Just because "any other rental company" would give the same reply in the same amount of time, why should that give Hertz an excuse to do so as well? Also, if it took you "less than 20 seconds" to find the information, then why couldn't a Hertz agent find the same information after 3 days?
