Of course, I have to do the logistics...I expected it...but a google and internet search would not have cut it....
Also, the big deal is that I already have a "bread and butter" business, so I do not have the time to do this legwork....
This is a new project....I cannot really spend a lot of time looking for space and hiring a realtor would cost me money for the same thing that Concierge did....
once I have the info, then I can calculate expenses a lot better....this might have saved me 90min....but I can spend the same 90min with a client and earn triple the money that I would have spent on the 90 min...
