Almost every great vineyard around the world is organic -- it is the traditional way of making wine, and done not to be organic, but to foster better quality. Most are not certified organic. My own opinion is that for wine organic certification is totally meaningless and at best a marketing ploy, at worst a con. Of course the bulk wines are not organic and have never been, perhaps there is a market for cheap wine that is organic. The 3 buck version of 2 buck chuck.
