Should be able to do it to business, as well. IIRC it was NZD$300 per segment for me to go Economy -> Premium, or NZD$1500 per segment for Economy -> Business. I don't recall if it was cumulative, e.g. $300 + $1500 for Y -> C.

Was tempting to pay the extra $1500 to come back in confirmed biz, though...
