The other posters are right that it can take a week or more for miles flown on partner airlines to show up. Officially, we say to allow 4-6 weeks, but it normally doesn't take that long.

Also, as previously suggested, you can fax your travel documents (official itinerary/receipt plus your boarding passes) to Customer Care, but, even then, it may not be worked for a few days. Although it varies from week to week, we are usually at least a few days behind on working our incoming mail and faxes, and sometimes a week or more. Rarely is it ever worked the same day or even the next day after it arrives.
