Qantas have done this for at least 10 years. They call it the 'Captain's Choice' or something and go to amazing destinations for about 30 days like the SAS deal above. 5 Star hotels and the works. Costs about $A35,000 a ticket.

They also do frequent day trips in 747s flying right over Antarctica which are quite something.
