There is some very nice shopping (although often overpriced, imo) in the B concourse, where you'll be. Colorado Colors is an intriguing place; an occasional bargain for something interesting.

There are several decent restaurants in the central area of the concourse (where you would go down to the train to the other terminals): Wolfgang Pucks, a decent Mexican restaurant, another restaurant whose name I'm forgetting, and then the usual fast food stuff.

The RCC's snacks will be, unfortunately, forgettable and meager.
