I seem to recall having read comments about Denver airport being quite enjoyable, that's why I thought my original 1h20min transfer was quite good since it would give me time to have a look around.

Also, considering it's a 6 hour trip and UA only has unhealthy cocktail snacks onboard (I'm in E+) it would be nice to grab a bite somewhere enroute.
Any nice restaurants/cafes in DEN? I guess there is nothing substantial to eat in the RCC.
