Remarkably, a lot of foods, as processed as they are and made by the same manufacturer, can be different.
The British swear that the U.K. version of Heinz baked beans taste very different from the U.S. stuff.
I've heard that U.K. Frosties/Frosted Flakes (also Kelloggs) is different than the U.S. ones (as well as the sweetend Rice Krispies product).
There was a thread some time ago where someone wanted Canadian Coca Cola as the stuff supposedly has real sugar (beet, cane) in it rather than high fructose corn syrup as the sweetener.
Since most of the above contain sugar as a primary/major ingrdient, I wonder if that's what the difference is.
