I had an award reservation and my SO had a paid ticket. I could not use my award, so I have no person experience on a F9 jet, but the report was it was not bad at all. One thing that upset me wbout the experience was we bought her ticket on the 15 of May and they introduced the free tv promo in the 16th. While I realize we missed the promo, it was by less than 12 hours and they were unwilling to budge on the free tv for her. Not very nice to do to a first time F9 flier, IMHO.

Also, my SO reported that they would not give her extra water and told that all the water requests were being denied because too much water was being used due to the new regulation. Also not very nice.
