Thanks for pointing that thread out, Viajero. I don't know how I missed it.

From the description of the office, I think it is the one near Hilton, right by the port. The same agency who serves as the GSA for like 10 airlines. It is a large office subdivided into smaller lots to serve different airlines. Learn something new everyday.
