From the reviews, seems like the JW Marriott in Phuket provides a WAY better experience. I have stayed at over 10 JWs (and heaven knows how many regular Marriotts and Renaissances as well)--and still marvel at the beauty and outstanding service we experienced at the JW Marriott Phuket this past January.
