They've sent me an e-mail confirming that I can receive lounge access and my QC membership #. I now need to print this off - as I don't have access to a printer in my flat does anyone know of a place that I can print off a letter cheaply around the London Bridge area?
I also have the QC help desk number programmed into my mobile in case any awkward moments arise trying to get into a lounge with my QC card, though I haven't had a problem in ages.
