I became silver syd-dxb and the refused to give me the tier points then I became gold on another lhr-dxb and so didnt get the 50% on the dxb syd leg. when i called melbourne they refused to give me the points and said that the computer was the boss.
I wrote and wrote.It just goes in one ear and out the other. they cant get the grasp that one expects the tier credtis on the next leg. and when u look at it its a meisly couple of K ,. but thats just not the point
there is a big thread on it around sept last year.In the end I gave up
