connection with the mileage match promotion.

Please allow me to take this opportunity to explain the conditions of this
promotion:

Once the passenger has submitted the form to the Flying Dutchman Helpdesk
for processing he will then need to earn the following in six months from
the date signed on the form:

For 50% of the opposing loyalty account balance - 10 one-way
flights or 7500 Flying Dutchman Service Level points.

For 100% of the opposing loyalty account balance - 20 one-way
flights or 12,000 Flying Dutchman Service Level points.

Once the six month period has passed the account will then be reviewed to
see what points/flights have been accumulated and the applicable number of
points/miles will then be transferred from the opposing loyalty account at
the conversion rate, which I believe stands at 1 mile to every 0.8 Flying
Dutchman point.</font>
