No elite upgrades on NW Hawaii flights. You can probably use CO miles to upgrade if there is availability, though. If there are FC seats available day-of, they also often offer rev-ups at the airport (i.e., you pay a couple hundred bucks extra for the upgrade). Free op-ups are likely to happen only if coach is severely oversold and they can't get anyone to buy the rev-ups.
